Ordering: Our Online Catalog is a fully secured site. You can feel safe using your MasterCard, American Express, Visa or Discover for your purchase. If you prefer you can fax your order by completing the ordering process through Step 3, printing that page and faxing it to us at 805-962-8772. You may also request a BID for quantity pricing by checking the appropriate box on the final checkout of the order process. |

Privacy: Pacific Rescue never shares or sells any information to anyone. All information given to us on our site stays strictly within our organization. We do not utilize outside email services or bulk mailing lists. You can be assured that we detest SPAM and the abuse of the Internet as much as you! |

Confirmation: All orders will receive an immediate, automatic confirmation with the order number. After the order is processed, Pacific Rescue will send a notification directly from our retail store. If you do not receive this notification within 24 business hours from your purchase please call our office or send an email to sales@pacificrescue.com. |

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. The components of any pre-assembled kit may be substituted for upgraded versions without prior notice. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. |

Payment: Credit Card, Paypal or Purchase Orders (with pre-established credit accounts) are accepted through our Online Store. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% ann.) will be applied to all past due accounts. All fees incurred in collecting a past due account are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders paid with money orders or personal checks should be faxed or emailed to us and must be prepaid prior to shipment. Orders paid by a personal check may be held up to three weeks to allow the check to clear the bank. A $20.00 service fee will be charged for any check returned by the bank. COD orders are not accepted for purchases. |

Government Agencies: Purchase orders are accepted with a Net 30 Days from the date of shipment on any or all items shipped on order. This includes partial shipments. A 1.5% monthly (18% ann.) charge will be assessed on accounts over 30 days. |

International Orders: Due to overwhelming fraud, we are currently unable to accept orders originating from certain sectors of the world. We will confirm all orders within 24 business hours - please email sales@pacificrescue.com with your inquiry if you need immediate attention. |

Shipping and Handling Charges: All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via FedEx Ground or 2nd Day Air. Orders shipped to Military APO/APE, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via US Postal Service. International orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Special request for third-party carriers may incur a $10.00 surcharge. |

Back Orders: We do our best to prevent back orders, but occasionally they are unavoidable. In the event of a backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible. No additional shipping charges will be incurred. |

Oversized Items: Items such a stretchers, backboards, etc. will be shipped surface, freight collect. Some items may be drop shipped direct from the manufacturers. |

Return Policy: Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason. The returned item must be in "Like New" condition with all original packaging. Every return must be pre-authorized with an RMA number from our office. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error or product malfunction). Absolutely no returns on rope, webbing, web products or harnesses. |
